Spring has almost sprung and my bulbs are all quickly coming up! Are yours? Having observed the bulbs pushing up through the ground, I know the deer are not far behind! So I’m sharing my favorite deer repellent solution: shaved Irish Springs! Sprinkle it around your bulbs and the deer will avoid the area. The soap shavings dissolve into the ground but the stench – opps, I mean scent!- is left behind and the deer do not like it and move on.
